Probably the most renovated rooms of all of Estes Park lodging options. Great breakfast as well. The service here is definitely professional and attentive, didn't have a bad experience during my stay here.

Very clean room, top notch service! Brad and Bryan were especially friendly and accommodating. views were amazing and the free breakfast was above and beyond! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone headed to Estes Park!

Beware of the $50 deposit for "incidentals". This deposit is still on my credit card statement as pending; two weeks now. We just returned home form a two week vacation. We stayed at Best Western Hotels every night. This is the only hotel that required a deposit. Also I booked the reservation 12 days before arriving and I was charged for the room immediately on my credit card.

The hotel was very clean. It has been/is undergoing renovations. We had a room with a balcony and a mountain view. It was worth the extra money for the balcony. The weather was a bit chilly. But we did spend some time on the balcony because of the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast has a wonderful variety of food, more than most Best Western breakfasts. we have been to. We will definitely stay here again. Disappointments -- The coffee offered at the breakfast was cold every morning. One morning the milk was spoiled. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming. But overall, it is a nice hotel and we would recommend it.
