Perfect place to stay with my friend - I splurged on a king room with balcony and it was so worth it! The view was incredible, the staff was very friendly, the room had been recently updated and looked beautiful (complete with a small fridge and coffee pot). It was centrally located to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park Beaver Meadows entrance. Parking is a little difficult for larger vehicles, but each room comes with one dedicated parking space. 👍🏼

It’s seemed like an old run down motel that was bought and updated cheaply. It wasn’t awful but the walls are paper thin and you can hear all the conversations people are having next door to your room. It did the job for a short stay but I wouldn’t spend more then a couple days here. I can’t fault the owners for trying to patch the place up and improve it. I’m sure they are doing the best they can with what they have.

What a nightmare! I booked online for two rooms. They were aware one room was for 4 adults and the other room for 2 adults. We paid a deposit online and had the option to pay entirely upon arrival. Before we arrived they charged my card the entire bill for both rooms! Upon arrival I asked the girl why they did that and she said-I’m new and my manager didn’t want me to screw anything up so she charged you before she left. Really!? That wasn’t the agreement! I didn’t want that card charged for that amount. She refused to do anything about it or to call a manager. The rooms are basically old crack head rooms w new paint. They room for 4 adults had TWO towels! My sister asked the same chic for additional towels and she said they would bring them right over. They NEVER did! They also close the office so you can’t call or go in to ask anyone for anything. They NEVER answer the phone. The “emergency” line for after hours issues goes straight to voicemail and they do not return the messages! They have assigned parking, yet someone parked in my spot and there was no assistance from the hotel! So none of us could shower without towels. We couldn’t find a place to park. The pillows are the size of travel pillows. Never got the towels. The girl up front was very rude to all of us when saying we didn’t even want to stay there. This place charges as if they are a nice establishment, yet it is like a motel on Colfax! I would absolutely NOT recommend wasting your money and time here! This place is ghetto as well as the staff!

Absolutely zero complaints. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful and accommodating hospitality staff I've ever met. My brother also had a room and due to weather had to cancel his reservation but later decided to stay and they were so kind and accommodating. The rooms are nice and have absolutely stunning views. Other reviews mention small bathrooms but I don't feel that way at all, it was a very reasonable size. The pool wasn't open when we visited but it looked nice and clean. They also have a fire pit that we didn't use but sat at a few times and it was still lovely. If I'm in the area again they will definitely be at the top of my wish list.
