Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite (room 200) for almost a week. We were pleasently surprised with how much we enjoyed our stay. We spent hours outside listening to the river pass right through the resort. They tidied the room each day so we had fresh towels and beds made. Not completely necessary, but very much appreciated. Front desk people were very friendly. Room was clean. Everyone slept good. Will not hesitate to stay here the next time we come to visit Rocky Mountain NP.

We had a 3 night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were a little softer than we are used to but we managed to sleep just fine. Our last night there we had a little issue with the furnace but we just pulled out the extra blankets that were provided.

The biggest complaint was the huge pile of snow blocking access to room 107 which we were given. It is absurd this high end place can't remove snow for guests. The room was nice but a little noisy being on the first floor. Very small bathroom. Overall it was okay but kind of disappointing.

Positive: Great little hotel, Perfect for our weekend away! Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant is GREAT! Would be a fun place to stay in the summer and enjoy the riverside seating areas. Negative: The only downside is having to leave and go back to real life, lol!
