Fun and beautiful environment the prices are just right for gifts and the Filipino manager was so kind and nice to the tourists. I actually live in Estes Park so it was new even for me. ❤️🇺🇸😎

This is a beautiful souvenir shop with a fabulous restaurant attached, located at the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The cook does a wonderful job preparing authentic Colorado dishes; everything from yummy corn cakes to delicious elk burgers. The gift shop also contains beautiful souvenirs and authentic Native American artifacts. I know the managers personally and I can tell you that you will receive excellent, high quality, friendly service when you visit the Rocky Mountain Gateway! Also take note of the extraordinary wildlife and fantastic mountain vistas that surround the entire area!

As far as National Park Visitor centers go this was a good one. They had rangers on staff to answer questions about the park, etc. Most of the building was closed off due to covid so they only had one floor available and limited educational materials. For the most part, other than questions from. The ranger, they were open to sell stuff.

Amazing place. Great views.. Food is also amazing. We ordered two black bean burgers, a veggie wrap and Soup and salad. The food was really tasty and healthy as well. The views from the restaurant are amazing.. The visitor centre also has some excellent souvenirs.

Not within walking distance of the Visitor Center. Lumpy Ridge and Cow Creek to the east and Lawn Lake to the west are close by but are inside the park boundaries.

is the visitor centre in a countryside?
