Of all the lodging we have stayed in on our trip I felt the price was a little high. Maybe being in Fort Collins was the reason. The room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast had ham, biscuits, gravy and little omelets besides the regular fare.

I work in the service industry so I understand when there are things that happen that are out of your control, but there was an incident that occurred during our stay that effected our ability to utilize our room for the time we needed it the most. The night staff was extremely rude to us upon check out stating we were not allowed to check out at 9pm (this may be a normal thing? Im not sure how the check out policy works) but her delivery was extremely annoyed and did not want to give me the time of day. I asked if there was any possibility to get any type of reimbursement for the inconvenience and she cut me off half way through and said "no". She did not apologize, she did not say she would consult a manager and get back to me, she just said "no" and proceeded to ask why I was checking out at 9pm because I apparently could not do so. I then contacted a manager Monday morning to discuss the interaction and she accused me of cussing out her employee and raising my voice at her which I politely told her never happened. Then she proceeded to let me know she would be checking the cameras and that she will still not be reimbursing me at all for our stay. I'm not as upset about not getting any of my money back, as I understand there are policies in place. But the customer service there is horrible. Also, the breakfast provided was awful. So do not plan to avoid buying breakfast elsewhere during your stay here if you do decide to book here. would not recommend to anyone.

Positive: I do not know the last time that I was greeted with such kindness by staff. Check in was the smoothest I had in years. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Negative: Air conditioner needed some help, but for the price you get what you get.

I called on my way here and the lady was really nice. I booked in less than 5 minutes. My room is super clean, a lot of space. While I was here a thunderstorms hit us and the fire alarm went on. The lady from the front desk took care of the situation very efficiently. Hopefully was a false alarm and everything was fine but I have to say she did a great job, she took care of all of us. I will recommend this place. They really care about the visitors. 😊
