Lately seem to remain on hold for 10 minutes before someone answers. Cannot make a timely appointment...virtual or otherwise. Ever since I heard them being involved with Village Medical they have gone downhill.

I spent a lot of years going to this group -but, the bigger they've gotten, the more they have lost their ability to care for their patients! Such a disappointing place now! And clearly -they're money driven now. They've actually asked me to come in to meet 'again' -two months after my yearly physical, to review a medication (simply a hormone) ... That way they can charge my insurance several $100 and me another 55$... And - Before all this 'growth' they would write that script for a year -until my next physical. Reading other people's reviews... I am not the only one that's had this happen... Time to find a new doctor!

I’ve had several terrible experiences since the beginning of the pandemic. Today I called with a lingering cough wondering if I need to be seen or what else I can take since I’m 15 weeks pregnant. The lady on the phone told me they need to covid test me.. I told her no that’s not necessary I already recently had covid and this doesn’t feel like covid to me. She told me yes that’s protocol and that’s what they ll do…. So now I don’t have a say what happens to me or what procedures will and won’t happen?? 😳 I told her I will go to another facility with a moral compass and hung up the phone. Unfortunately the protocol for most corporate doctors offices have drastically changed and lost their way of thinking with their own heads in my opinion. There are other private doctors that are treating patients with respect and not just going with the winds of the pandemic! Go somewhere else if you can!!

Needed urgent care and they were very attentive and thorough after my regular clinic failed to catch a serious illness the day before.
