Coach Max is awesome, i always have a hard relationship with the gym and working out due to lack of enjoyment of the trainning, but with Coach it was different and make me love going to the gym and the workout was awesome with a great follows up and understanding of what i wanted and help me in my journey, i would highly recommend to anyone who want to get a coach, just go for Max you won't be disapointed and you going to be in your best mental and physical shape of your life! I recommend eating low carb, high protein meals to help reduce cravings. Reduce sugar and empty calories. Stay hydrated. Get plenty of sleep. Follow a cardiovascular and strength training workout program to change your lifestyle for the best.
For maximum results, a workout program should consist of 2-5 days of low and high intensity cardiovascular exercise and 2-3 days of strength training exercise.
