The staff at this site were warm and caring. I felt that the PA was authentically listening to my concerns as well as the symptoms I presented. I was taken care of quite quickly and was given the medicine I needed to begin to recover. I will only use this site as an urgent care facility to go to if ever needed again. Thank you so much

This is the best urgent care I've ever been to...they fit me in quickly, it was a very clean place, and everyone was friendly. The doctor listened to my concerns and I didn't feel like she was trying to rush me out the door. She even offered to set up an appointment with a specialist for me, and gave me recommendations for specialists when I said I would call around. This is the only urgent care office to ever call and follow up with me the next day to see how I was doing. I don't have insurance, and I don't have a PCP, so I rarely go to the doctor. I appreciate how well I was treated at this location.

Injured on vacation, I came home and needed my bandages to be replaced and a treatment plan going forward. Wonderful people took care of me. Nurse Melissa and her colleague Jamie were careful and thoughtful. Now I’m healing thanks to their kind care and detailed instructions.

Everyone was so friendly and upbeat. The place was so clean. Erika, Charlie, and my PA Mellissa were all knowledgeable and efficient. They found out what was wrong with me, and my ride in the rescue squad to the emergency room at Saint Joseph didn’t. They gave me a shot and diagnosed me with an upper respiratory virus, when I got along I had pneumonia!!! Melissa gave me five prescriptions and I was able to stay home with my pets and get well and I’m on the road to recovery, versus having me admitted to a hospital. Thank you Lord🙏😘
