I was devastated by not being able to reschedule my appointment. They have a 3 times policy and I just had to take care of my son. I can’t control when he gets the sniffles. He gets sick easily but they would not make any exception to their rules even if I provide a docs note. I was denied service. I am ok. I’ll go somewhere else but it makes me wonder.
