If your forms are submitted before collection mail/out going mail is taken to the processing facility at the end of the day they will be post marked.
It isn't a retail customers place. There's no clerk's to serve the public. That's why the mail box in the parking lot. Is pickup by a city carrier's and taken to Columbia mpo. It causes alot of security problems. They have tried to help before. But had too many problems. And safety of the employees.
