I have never in my life had such bad customer service.. They refused to send me a bills so I could set up auto pay with my bank.. So since I never have received any kind of billing and or info with account number and billing information now they told me NO ZERO INTEREST I was told ZERO interest when I bought it but since I didn't send them a pmt on there date BUT I DON'T HAVE INFO TO SEND THEY HAVE CALLED ME OVER AND OVER I ASKED FOR THEM TO TEXT EMAIL MAIL ME INFO I AM STILL WAITING..... THEY ARE NOT RUNNING A FAIR COMPANY

I dont have a loan here. I have never inquired here. EVER. I dont have any loans at all. They keep calling me asking for someone else and no matter how many times i say that its the wrong number and to STOP CALLING they keep calling and pushing for MY information to “make sure im not who theyre looking for”. LEAVE ME ALONE?!!!

SCAM!!!!! The loan company negligently violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and two, the company knowingly and willingly violated the law. This is the worst experience of my life. UmBurto, Jake Dorty, Metao, Michael, and John are the worst people I have ever dealt with. This company is out to scam people, and when I asked for a corporate number to reach someone to help, John gave me a phone number to McDonald's. This company should be shut down. This company sent out a check to an address I haven’t lived at since 2013 and said someone else cashed it, and that I’m liable for the amount. I called the regional manager Jake Dorty after this company called me 8 times in a row in the middle of my work day, he didn’t answer nor call me back after I’d left him a voicemail. So I called the corporate office, ten minutes after that he called me back and told me he was a very busy man and didn’t have time for this. These guys don’t have an education in the finance field or customer service. Jake Dorty the regional manager has shady business practices, and isn’t trustworthy. This company should reevaluate its employees.
