UPDATE: So I was contacted by the business and was told that there was a different issue with my laptop and that I would be told when it would be fixed. Never was I told a timeline so everyday I have been messaging asking about it. I have been put off each time. I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this business. If you can’t do it just tell me. If you don’t WANT to do it just communicate that. Instead I have to reach out to them (because if I don’t I get nothing in way of communication). Very very disappointed. I started off very impressed with this business on how they conducted themselves. The owner was very helpful and even waived a shipping fee in order to get the materials he needed for my fix faster. Then it went downhill. I called, no answer; I texted, no response. I Facebook messaged, still have no response there. Finally someone messaged me back and said they will have an answer for me as soon as possible. No response until I asked if I could just come and pick it up the next day. I got a response back stating it will be ready for picked up between 2pm-6pm the next day (Thursday). I came in on Friday around 11:30 and was told the lady that was working on it isn’t there and come back at 1. Came back at 1 - “lady is here but she isn’t finished with it, I don’t know when it will be done”. I then messaged later that day to ask if it was completed and shocker, no response. What is frustrating is I don’t live in Columbia, I went by their word that I could pick it up and even gave them an extra day. Still don’t have my laptop and still don’t know when it will be completed. Very disappointed with a business I thought was a hidden jem.
