Very unprofessional and poor service. Had a procedure done by Dr. Dill and a male doctor. I felt like they didnt know what they were doing and they hurt me so bad, I was in tears. I had never felt pain like that in my entire life. This procedure was worse than my C-section. I experienced cramping two days later. I called the office to see if this was normal and left two messages for the doctor to call me back. Never got a call back. I called a third time, which the triage nurse advised me to go to the ER. I went to the ER where they preformed many tests and reached out to Dr. Dill. Dr. Dill advised the doctor at the ER she would call and check on me the next day and proceed with a future treatment plan. The next day, I called the office prior to clocking in for work. The first time I called someone answered and hung up on me. The second time I called they placed me on hold for almost eight minutes, didn't even acknowledge me. The third time I called the women's health side and they also placed me on a hold. The fourth time I spoke to a person who had no clue what she was doing. She was not actively listening to me. I wanted to leave a message for Dr. Dill that I would be working and if I missed her call to please leave a detailed message. This lady I spoke to was trying to send my message to my PCP who is at a different location and had nothing to do with my procedure. I waited all day trying to watch my phone while at work, waiting for Dr. Dill to call. She never called me back at all. The doctor from the ER did in fact called me to see how I was feeling. I feel like the girls up front answering the phones shouldn't be answering the calls, it was a bunch of games. Not sure if any of my five messages even got to Dr. Dill. Dr. Dill not returning my call at all when I've left messages and called numerous times two days in a row is not okay. She had talked to my ER doctor and knew my situation and me being in the ER. Why say your going to do something and not follow through? They have lost all trust with me, and their lack of communication really shows how much they care about their patients. I will never be back to the 128th location and would never refer anyone to them.

Very thorough and caring staff and physician. Dr. Tesmer really took time to educate and guide as well as getting follow up appts scheduleded immediately. I would highly recommend her.

Yes they do
They accept new patients, its usually about a week, to 2 weeks out from the appointment date, and they ask that you show up 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the appointment time
