If you are thinking about changing physicians to come here, DON'T. if I could give this place negative Stars I would. Where do I start... Everyone in this office from the front desk to the doctors are incompetent or don't have a clue what is going on. Front desk staff are very rude, they will place you on hold forever, then when they decide to get back to you they act like you are bothering them. No one else ever answers their line you have to leave voicemails and wait for days to be called back, if at all. I called to go in for an annual Wellness visit... First, the doctor didn't even know what medications I was taking or amounts and SHE PRESCRIBES THEM. This was all discussed and straightened out during my visit, or at least I thought. When the refills were called in they were called in as the wrong strength! YIKES! And to make it even worse the whole visit was coded wrong and sent in to the insurance as a regular office visit instead, of preventative care. Now I am stuck with a bill for over $200 for their coding mistake and all the office manager can say is there is nothing she can do. Don't let their incompetencies cost you too. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
