I was just told by an individual, named David, who works at the patient aid ordering department that ,"sir, do you realize that I have your address and I know where you live." His intentions are to come and harm me cause I got into an argument with him over his refusal to listen what I was trying to say to him about my insurance. Oh, he also refused to tell me his name and I had to call someone else to find out who placed my order. This is the last time I go to these extremely rude people.

Hubby getting a new CPAP. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Glad we chose them to get our supplies!

Poor customer service! I have been trying to get a walker for 3 weeks and they keep telling me to tell my doctor that they need more info , I call my doctor and then they say they need something else. Every time I call I’m on hold for at least a half hour. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
