The manager here is so rude and does not understand family’s. She kicks people out with family’s and not understand at all! She also lied to us about a lot of things here! Nothing for kids to do here. She kicked us out for no reason and we where nothing but nice to her and two of my kids have medical problems.

Was just thinking about my time here and decided to write a review. This was a nice first apartment for college students and we didn’t have many issues with the building. However the manager was horrendous. I became very ill while I was staying here and wasn’t able to contact anyone for quite a while. Eventually the decision was made to move out. However, when I went to put in my notice the manager lost it on me. She was very angry I hadn’t been living in the apartment. I was in fact in the hospital most of the time I’d been gone but I didn’t see how that was any of her business. She made several false accusations. She was also very fixated on my cat who is a emotional support animal. She accused me of faking my service animal paperwork because I left her at the apartment. Unfortunately the hospital doesn’t allow cats. I left her in the care of my roommate and my mother was sending her money along with bill and rent money. She even threatened that she was going to take my cat to an animal shelter or leave her on the street. Needless to say I was in tears at the end of the meeting. I doubt I will ever be treated so horribly again in my life.

The manager of Vista pointe is so rude and not a pleasant person to deal with while putting my application in. And ofc I was turned down bc they say of bad credit. Now mind you I have a voucher that would cover the whole rent. And on top of that I have income that would pay all my bills. Now I am a single mom pregnant currently. Everytime I came to the office to get application turn the fees in she was the most unpleasant to me and I'm glad I got turned down. Looking around that place I'm pretty sure they all ain't got great credit she picks and chooses I feel based on situations.

I had a feeling she did not care for me when i came in to put the application in.. I gave her the benefit of doubt understanding that there are stressors.. but reading the reviews based on not liking hispanics and i see now why her energy threw me off so much my daughter said mom shes not gonna accept us 😔 645 credit score was her excuse .but i have a hispanic last name ..I understand clearly now its the new way to discriminate 👍 good job ...
