I just cancelled my $200 with 2 day shipping! The web site indicated all item order was on hand. Note: they were holding the order due to item on "Back Order". I was never notified item were on back ordered!!! I am very unhappy!!! Poor Customer Service!!!

This is my go-to place for ordering plaques for coaches and sponsors of youth sports teams when I do the league photography. Even though I have never met any of the employees in person, I have gotten some of the most personal service. Our Covid safety precautions include the following: 1. All employees are required to wear masks when inside the building, and within 6 feet of each. 2. Our showroom is currently "closed" to customers. As a result, customers needing to pick up orders, and/or place orders are greeted in our parking lot by a member (in mask) of our CSR team. In the instance a customer does need to browse our showroom, we will allow them for them come inside while spaced out and wearing a mask. 3. Common work spaces are cleaned regularly
