It was a pretty bad experience. The tablet time to check in made me 9 minutes early which is late so I had to wait another 30 minutes for the next appointment. I did have one good experience here a few years ago so this location has the ability but as of now I wouldn't go to this location.

Absurdly understaffed and disorganized on top of it. If you call the line to ask a question it autohangs up on you. Expect to wait over an hour just to drop off a sample. I would recommend going anywhere else if you can.

This place is terrible. I have an appointment at 1159 but when I got here I had to fill out the form as a standby. It's now been 20 minutes of me sitting here . Do they think people have their lunch time to waste?
