I think this complex tries but has a hard time getting tasks taken care of due to ownership approval, i dont believe the owners are US as the same with most of our awful country. I know the water is an awfully poor grade and I feel they don't want to get it checked regularly. I think it is almost to the point of contamination. The grounds look like hell, not enough pride in the shrubbery.

Linda made the move in process easy. She has been extremely helpful since we applied and moved in. Have been here a little over a month and they respond to maintenance issues quickly and are super friendly. Loving it here so far.

I have lived in different apartment complexes throughout my life, so I have a wide range of aspects to compare and base my opinion and observations on. I can happily say that Waterford Pines is absolutely the best. Although it is just the beginning of my adventure here, so far it’s been amazing. Starting with the crew - since the initial phone conversation, through my first visit, and the whole move in process (including paperwork, of course) Gary and Linda have been simply wonderful. From the official stand point, they are very professional and knowledgeable, but besides those needed qualities, they are also friendly, patient, warm and genuinely nice. Soon after I met Jacob and Jessica. The whole staff is so respectful, smiling, responsive, always there to answer questions and support. The apartments are clean, spacious, cozy, and the whole complex well taken care of - with greenery, flowers everywhere, and even nice chairs and gazebos at the pool, neat fitness room as well. The whole atmosphere gives a sense of safety, close community, it’s very pleasant, just great vibes. We are so glad to call it our “home, sweet home”.

Water, sewer, trash, pest control, and gas are all included in a utility package that is paid with rent monthly. The only other utility that you are responsible for separately is electric through Duke Energy.

Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment.
It's about 1200 for 3 rooms and an animal. I wouldnt recommend them though.
