Roland was very responsive with excellent communication. He worked with us to determine what components would best suit our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products he uses. Installation was very smooth and he does a great job making sure the install is subtle, without exposed wires or anything like that. Very professional. After the install, he took time to show me the equipment and functionality of the system. His explanations are clear and easy to understand. We are very satisfied with the job he did for us. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for high quality work. EDIT: After over a year of hassle free function, our system suddenly stopped sending me notifications when the cameras sensed motion. Roland was fantastic in helping trouble shoot the problem and having tech support arrange for a fix. Everything is working 100% again. I'd give him a sixth star if I could. Fantastic service.
