Its not based on that. You pay for the trailer if buying. I purchased mine for 3400. And lay 400 a month lot rent. As far as renting i am not sure.. call management to see whats available. Prices vary based on the newity of the trailer how much work has been done to remodel etc.

It depends what they have at the time but usually around $450 for lot rent and around $300 to $400 to rent and you must have first and last months rent to put down

I live here and when i moved in there was one trailer ready that i purchased and one being remodelled. They dont often have availability so it is smart to keep yourself updated and in touch to see when one comes avaiable.

Honestly I would not recommend this place I used to live there when I was younger my mom actually died in that trailer park... It's turned into a dump

They're all different prices. You would have to go to the office and talk with them
