This place is trash. We called so many times and sent emails to come and clean the hallway carpet because it smells like barn but no one care. They say they do weekly cleaning doing what vacuuming while the carpet smells like urine. They careless and look at these pictures I attached this apartment it’s been like this for over a week and no one came to take this garbage out or secure the door what caused flies everywhere and bad smell. I can’t believe ppl with 5 stars maybe it was here nice before but not anymore. Don’t waste your money this place is a trash.

I loved it when I first moved here but since then it has went down trash everywhere a bad rodent problem , make complaints about issues here nothing ever done about it just getting worse anything you need fixing in your unit takes forever to get done and most of all The personal in that office Robin and the new people has very NASTY AND I MEAN VERY NASTY ATTITUDES I'm sure there's been more than enough complaints about ROBIN who is not a good people person and I wonder why so many people has quit working under her ...COOPERATE please clean this place up PLEASE

The experience at the Kingsley Apartments are horrible. Robin is the most rudest person ever. No good customer service, lack good communication skills. The sewer system is horrible the toilets and basements leak which causes the mold. The trash needs to be picked up more often they have rats. Some maintenance staff are lazy sloppy paint work and other issues. The pics online are deceiving.
