Absolutely worst chick-fil-a experience. Waited in line for over 5 minutes for the “Drive-thru Director” according to her name badge to come over and help us. However after her asking what we would like she was interrupted at least twice and then disappeared for over 2 minutes. We walked out without even completing our order because we were then ignored after she disappeared. Will never visit again and very poor excuse of a chick-fil-a and a director to have ignored customers. Wish I could give zero stars.
