Went there not knowing what to expect but thought it was pretty cool experience I felt very relaxed afterwards and the atmosphere afterwards was nice definitely try the tea and oxygen bar and just hangout for a bit. I felt less painful definitely recommended 👌

Just went for my first ever float last night and it was super relaxing and enjoyable. The spa, including my pod and shower, was super clean. The decor was very zen and inviting. I highly recommend True Rest in Ocean! The owner Scott was very helpful and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back tonight!

True Rest is a great place to float. Scott has amazing vibes and creates a great experience for meditation and relaxation. I highly recommend floating for those interested in sport recovery and bringing meditation to a whole new level.

What is the difference between the cabin rooms and the pod rooms?

Eric | Oct 11, 2018
David Carey | Oct 11, 2018

To be honest the difference is the size and shape. The cabins have a side swing door that allows for maximum air flow inside the cabin. The roof of the cabin is also much higher than that of the pod. The pods have a drop down door that allows for more open visibility outside the tank while the pod door is left open. The ceiling of the pod can be touched while laying inside the pod, unlike the cabin. Both are excellent choices and the experience you'll receive will be almost identical in either room you choose.
