They are horrible with complaints. I've been dealing with things for awhile with my neighbors. Idk what it'll take for them to listen to people complaints but it's horrible. I strongly wouldn't recommend anyone moving here they. These apartments don't care about their tenants. I've been complaining about my neighbors longer 3-6 months, longer than 6-12 months. It's been war ever since they moved in. A person would have to die before they make any changes or adjustments.

They’re not perfect but they’re suitable for a young couple such as my self and my boyfriend, there’s issues you’ll find in every apartment complex. Just wish there were more security cameras and that the buildings were locked so random people could possibly walk in .

I lived here for it will be 10 years in August. If you complain it goes on deaf ears. You ask them to fix stuff. Gloria puts it on list nobody calls or comes to even check it. Each year they raise rent, but nothing gets fixed here ever. I told them my screen door to porch needs to be replaced no one even came in to see it. Plus, I asked for a simple dryer to be replaced nope didn't get that either. I'm sooo disappointed. I didn't even want to sign a year lease because it's not worth it living here anymore. First 3 years was okay. After that nope. If I could get financing for a condo or a house I would move in a heart beat. Their entrance sign needs to be replaced it's ready to fall off. I've been here for 10 years and it was there. You would think entrance to the building would be some what nice.

After reading some of these reviews, and my own experience with a leasing agent, I feel terrible for the people who have to live here and deal with the complacency, indifference, and carelessness of the property management. I arrived this morning to talk to a leasing agent about a 2 bedroom for myself, wife, and two sons. I went to the wrong entrance of the leasing office, and was about to walk around to the front (really the back). A leasing agent opened the 2nd floor window and asked how she could help me - obviously, I was there to either inquire about becoming a tenant or I had an issue. I asked her if I could come inside and talk about it, as it was sprinkling outside - she responded "well I could...but...when are you looking?". I said, "October". She replied, "oh yea, we'll have nothing for you then", without even knowing what kind of apartment I was looking for. Thank God I didn't bring my family to this place to live! I wanted a cheap place so that we could save money until we leave Michigan, but this experience reminded me that sometimes it's better to spend a few more dollars and get treated with dignity and respect. Good luck to those of you reading this who live here, and those who are looking - you should continue your search.

Not sure about extra fee on the cat and I did not have bed bugs in my place
Every year.
They advertise car ports though there are no real car ports in over three-fourths of the complex. $725 a month for one room. Watch out for centipedes and roaches.
No.
