Tolerated the low quality living space that this is for a long time. I can deal with my place LOOKING terribly cheap and dirty bc the walls, doors, tiles and cupboards look like theyve been here for 50 years easily. However, i draw the line at having to SMELL the like i live in an ashtray all day long. It gives me headaches and i can never sleep. Every time im woken up by it i have filed a complaint VIA email and posted a bad review. Management still has not corrected the issue. Dont waste ur money

Entire building 3251 smells like an old ashtray with water in it. Its absolutely putrid. Been complained about multiple times and Im woken up by the smoker at 6 am everyday. Not acceptable. Dont pay to live here when ur ignored

new management only concerned with cosmetics outdoors. Raising price on people on entry and ignoring any requests that could benefit the tenants.

Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Hi, I am the current manager :) the largest that we have is 2 bed 1 bath. They range from $900 - $925, depending on the floor!
