I came in with a possible elbow fracture and requested an x-ray. After a two hour wait with only two patients before me, the doctor did not perform an x-ray and stated that a fracture is unlikely since "elbows and knees are very strong." He then told me to use ice and advil and sent me on my way. I am extremely disappointed with this service, as the whole reason I went was to see the root of the substantial pain from hitting my elbow. Instead, I walked out late to work with no answers and in pain.

I came in on a Saturday due to a cat bite. The wait time was supposed to be up to 2 hours but I was in, checked out, given a tetanus shot, and out the door in under an hour. Very lovely people from beginning to end. I didn't feel rushed with the nurse practitioner at all. I highly recommend. Find a better time than around noon! I know I would have been in the ER a lot longer.

If you’re in distress or need help I don’t recommend going here or even calling. Very rude staff and display nonchalance to patients. I was hung up on and treated as if I’m a bother from simply asking a question.

Overall ok experience. The MA who took my info and health complaint was very nice and personable. The NP spent appx 90 secs with me, was condescending, didn’t a thing I said seriously just overall rude. Not sure what the deal was I’ve gone to this Urgent Care several times and had good experiences. This time I just felt the NP didn’t care and saw me as a burden.
