A gem! Neighborhood hardware store with knowledgeable people. I had called all kinds of companies trying to find a place to get my loppers sharpened. Lowe's, Home Depot and Weingartz all don't do it. Couldn't even refer me anywhere. Ace Hardware will get it done but they ship them to someone else to do it. I figured I didn't want to pay shipping. Found McNab's and wow! Quoted me a time frame of 2-3 days. Charged me $7.00. Called me NEXT day to pick up. Good old fashioned customer service! Love it!
