garbage with used diapers and feces left outside of apartment building entrance by residents. notified management and they waited a full 24 hours until they removed it. these apartment buildings are low quality but still over priced. my old apartment complex had tennis court, security, gym, jacuzzi and your own patio. This apartment complex has none of that and is somehow still more expensive. they are now under new management but the new management is just as unqualified as the last. the only difference is they're more greedy. do not rent here. they've had to change their name and rebrand themselves twice in past 3 years because of how bad their reputation is

I really enjoy living here honestly, only complaint I have is PARKING!!!!! I work night shift so I don’t get home til around 4am-5am. I swear majority of the people who park here DO NOT LIVE HERE. It’s annoying as hell having to park almost 2 building down because I can’t find a parking spot & i have my sticker in my car window!!!!! More security needs to be had or something! This is ridiculous. I can never park close to my building & it’s frustrating having to walk so far because I have nowhere to park.

I have been living her for a while when I first moved in it was good but now I’m having so many problems the heat is ridiculous there’s no way to control it is either too hot or too cold if it’s too hot in order to cool yourself off you have to sleep with your air conditioner who does that I’ve been without hot water for over 24 hours believe that’s crazy but that’s what happens when they’re running four buildings on one hot water tank

I had called multiple times to inquire about a tour and even scheduled a time online but it always states “one of our team members will get back with you”. How can I schedule an appointment but then it tells me a staff will get with me as it’s not a confirmation. No one calls me back or get back with me for weeks. So it just makes it clear this place is not worthy of my money

I just went up there today and the 1 bedroom is going for $814 and you gotta to apply online
They took $200 dollar from me and never gave me back money or neither they gave me any apartment so don't waste your time.
Hello, As of today's date, 8/23/2021, the two bedrooms currently start out at $995 and our one bedrooms start out at $894.
At this time, the security deposits can range from $400 to an entire month's rent.
