Sam came out this morning to perform the Preventative maintenance inspection. As always, the process was a thorough one. Sam was very conscientious in keeping us informed of everything he was inspecting. We've been with Aladdin for over 40 years and two homes.

09/29/2022 The Aladdin serviceman came in to do my furnace. Noting the age of the furnace, and also the age of the air-conditioning unit, he suggested I talk to the Aladdin salesperson to discuss what options were available to me. 10/01/2022 The Aladdin salesperson arrived on time and discussed my options. He suggested we also considered a new hot water heater (my current heater was almost 20 years old). He gave me my various alternative. I then selected the installation i would purchase. He left with my complete understanding of what I was purchasing and cost. 10/03/2022 The Aladdin crew arrived on time Monday morning and worked consistently from 8 AM until 2:30 when their work was completed. When they left I had heat and hot water. (I was not running the air conditioning -- it is October!!)
