Beware!! They scam tenants by using a faulty payment system so they can tack on a late fee. I made my rent payment 2 days early, but on the 3rd received an eviction notice for non-payment. Many tenants have complained to me about payment issues and eviction notices. Now I experienced it, and absolutely do not recommend. It's always 90 degrees year round bc the boiler system is on for 9 months of the year.

Lived here for a year. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, responsive management and maintenance. They gave me back my full security deposit, which is rare these days. 4 stars because heating/AC systems aren't effective in the bedrooms in the winter/summer

Residents are responsible for gas and electric bills. These are sub-metered and the bills that arrive to you are your actual usage.
There is a monthly utility fee for water/sewer/trash that will vary by your apartment size.
