How long of a wait to get into apartments and what are the requirements

We don't have the tools online to do this. Please give us a call at our waitlist office at 1-800-593-3052 and we can mail out the pre-application to you. Or, you can pick one up at Tivoli Manor in their vestibule. They usually have them stocked.

Are there any a available units now, and is there a waiting list??.

Hello! We don't know how long the standard one-bedroom wait would be. If they feel it's much longer than a 1 year wait, then they would temporarily close the list. Hello! Tivoli Manor Co-op is currently taking names for their standard one bedroom waitlist. We do not know how long the wait would be. The rent is 30% of the gross monthly income.
