Since M2 took over so many changes have happened, I can't wait to see what more results they bring. I would like to thank Sky especially for fixing a issue I had and getting back to me so calmly. All the ladies in the office are amazing and I love how the new manager Tanesha is handling everything as well. The changes I have seen with the new company taking over in 3 months is way more than what has been done in years with this building. Don't hesitate to rent here things are really changing rapidly for the better... I am so happy I finally love my home they did everything I asked for.

The Sapphire is under new management as of May 2022. As a resident for the past four years, I saw this as a blessing. I was badly mistaken. They came in making promises to make repairs and restore the building to it's former glory and I was excited and hopeful. Now I'm depressed and suicidal because not only are we still suffering with poor living conditions as they only took over a couple of months ago, they are now increasing the rent to market rate. This means $500 - $750 extra dollars a month for most. They did this without warning. Also, the buildings have roaches, ants, and bed bugs. RUN
