I live next to A abandon house on Rosemont ave. On Tuesday July 19th contractors were working in the house. One of the contractors stole my solar lights. That I had in the front yard to make the yard look nice. I asked him to bring my lights back he apologized for taking them. He informed me that he would bring them back the next day. That was Wednesday July 20th he never came back. On that Thursday or Friday trying to understand. They were not his lights why did he steel lights. That did not belong to him. I have lived here for 10 years never had a issue like this. I spent 60 dollars on the solar lights
