I am glad we were able to connect yesterday regarding your Mothers hair appointment. As we discussed, we, Salon Bliss, are happy to schedule your Mother with who you usually see, Dre, or another Entry Level stylist to accommodate language and price expectations. Unfortunately, because Jean does not speak the language that your mother is fluent in, it was hard for Jean and your mother to communicate (also, we were not expecting a need for a translator, which we would have happily arranged had you informed us that your mother required a stylist that is fluent in her language when you scheduled her appointment). Luckily, we were able to have a stylist translate in between her own appointments. We worked really hard to provide the best service possible with a language barrier. In regards to pricing, your mother had vocalized that she had a price cap of $100, which we respect and can accommodate with other stylists. Yes they usually have a small collection of purses and accessories to buy in the front of the store. Additionally with Christmas coming up they usually bulk up the front area and have more of everything.
