Duly is a very difficult medical institution to make appointments or get any reasonable response time. They indicate that Duly is more than a name - no it's not!! I am helping my husband navigate for his care (older adult)

I have had the worst experience of making appointments with DMG. In my most recent attempt, I have been waiting on the line for over an hour in total, and I was transferred from nurse to nurse, and talked to at least 8 different people. Nevertheless, I still cannot make the appointment, which makes me wonder what kind of incompetent staff they have hired? Or do they just not care at all?

I would not use Duly for any reason. Overcharge, don’t care for your health. Only interested in booking next appointment instead of addressing issue. As you see by other reviews they give standard response and ask you to contact them. I assure you they don’t care and will not follow up.

Every time I have been to this office they are running extremely late. I get that things happen but I have now been here three times and each time I had to wait over 40 minutes passed my appoint time to even leave the waiting room. I will be finding a new doctor.
