DISAPPOINTMENT! Heading to Minnesota from Bismarck it is a custom for me to ALWAYS stop at Panda Express as I really enjoy their food. Today was not a good day. Rice was hard and badly mixed with plenty of white rice clusters. The one Angus meat was extremely salty and the veggies were raw( not flashed like you would have in a wok) but raw. My teo sides of Beijing beef, my favorite was only a shell of what it's been in the past...heartbroken to say the least. Cream cheese Rangoons were so cold I had to return them, only to be exchanged for Luke warm ones. The soda at the machine was flat and the ice dispenser did not work. When I ask the guy in the cash register for ice from the back he gave me so little I had to send him back again for more then and there.Dine in time was 11:30 am. Could it have been that the quality of the food was so bad as it might of been food from the previous day? Most likely, but then again I will not eat here again to find out. Fingers crossed that the one in Mall of America can deliver the taste and quality the Fargo one couldn't deliver.

Very rude in the drive through, ordered for 2 people only got utensils for one person, got 2 pieces of the entree chicken the rest of the meal was the side, way better off going to a different location, included photo has all the chicken received in sight.

Food was fresh and good but garbage were full, lobby was dirty as were bathrooms .They were quick to cook and serve food but no sugar free drinks stocked. They need a floater in the front end keeping things cleared, clean and stocked.

Best Chinese food in town: fresh and fast. Fastest drive-through I've ever seen anywhere. The dining area is always clean. I wish they had more noodles: the chow mein is mostly cabbage. But everything else I've had there has been fresh and tasty. A little spendy, but a plate will definitely fill you up. They are very busy and understaffed so the workers are more focused on speed than customer service. If you want it fast, come here. If you want friendliness, try the one in south Fargo. They are less crowded.
