Extraordinary service!!! Shopping for shoes for Jason, my 16 year old, autistic & blind son is so difficult. We had a special situation where I needed shoes to go over his AFO's (leg/foot braces). The associates at DSW were incredibly helpful. They went over and above by finding shoes that would work with the braces while I sat with my son. John, the one who helped us, even rang me out so I wouldn't have to stand in line with my son, Jason. Thank you for this extraordinary service and for making an extremely difficult situation for us, completely enjoyable. Oh - and I love the shoes on Jason!

I had an incredibly positive experience at DSW today, especially with the person who assisted me at checkout (Maggie, I think). I came in looking for loafers for an interview, found what I was looking for and was offered assistance along the way. The store was very clean and well organized, and it was very easy for me to find the style of shoe I came in for. Upon checking out, I was signed up to be a VIP member which gave me a 20% discount on my purchase. My checkout person explained thoroughly the perks of being a VIP shopper, how to make sure I utilized my upcoming birthday rewards, and went out of her way to wish me luck in my interview. I love my new Steve Madden's (pictured) and I look forward to coming back again soon!
