mostly good. i was told that my phone plan would be 30 dollars off for a affordable connectivity program. however, i wasnt told how many other things id need to do for that to take effect. i was under the impression that this was all set up and I didn't need to do anything else to qualify. I asked "am I all set now? there nothing else I need to do?" as I was walking out of the door and the lady that helped me the whole time said that I was all good. the name of the person helping me was Ayanna. Assuming I qualify and everything goes through well after the five days it takes for my application, I'll have no problem. but for now, my problem is that I have to drive back in to get an answer rather than just talking to someone on the phone for a problem that shouldn't be here in the first place.

Went to this store 2 times today. The customer service worker Debbie) was absolutely useless. The phone wouldn't turn on (reason for going in to the store.) She saw the name in the recipt wasn't mine and basically said I can't help you. We had our words to each other and I left unsatisfied with no help at all. She didnt even touch the phone. It was something she could have fixed with out having to even get unto the account at all. She was rude and very unhelpful and this store has the worst customer service ever, do better man iths is rediculous

You want the best customer service worker to help you with buying a new phone. Go to this store while A wonderful highly qualified young lady name Debra H is working. You will be treated with great respect and the best customer service you will ever receive.
