Firstly, They ask for an appointment time. Once if you book your appointment and be there 15 min early than your appointment, they simply make you wait for more than a hour. They will send the persons who comes after you. If you guys do like this ? Then what’s the point of booking an appointment? Disappointed with the service

The people were extremely nice. However, not only did it take forever when we had scheduled appointments, but they also attended to people who had just walked in and had arrived well after we did. Absolutely horrible service.

My scheduled appointment was made for 10am and I didn’t get seen til after 2 hours later .. when I asked when do you think I will be seen the lady at the front said she had no idea but I could make another appointment for another day .. she also said appointments are just place setting at this facility and they don’t have to honor appointment times …….I called my job to tell them that and miraculously my name was called .. Soooo I went to the back and received and very poor health exam and even the tech that was suppose to draw blood could do that .. I told one of the tech how unprofessional the visit was and her respond was…… we are a trauma center and we can’t help if there are any delays In your appointment time …. So my response was this is an urgent immediate care right soo you are not equip to handle major traumas so I can’t agree with your excuse..it seemed as if this was a regular old day for them. If you are running behind common courteously would be to let you know up front .. so unorganized
