DO NOT SEEK TREATMENT HERE - INCOMPETENT. I went in for a suspected broken ankle, got X-rays and a diagnosis of a sprained ankle, no fracture. After three days, when the swelling didn’t go down, I went to a different Urgent Care and they reviewed my images from Pioneer and they were of my foot, not my ankle. After images at the other UC, I received a diagnosis of a fractured fibula. Due to their negligence, my treatment was set back several days.

I was seen right away when I didn't have an appointment and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Great experience! Update: had an emergency visit when I sliced my hand and needed stitches. Was seen right away and everyone took care of me and put me at ease. Thank you!

Even though I scheduled first appt of the day, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by a Dr, did I say dr? It was a student, I was not notified of that or even asked if I was ok with that.

Yes, walk-ins are always accepted.
They will take cash and they are upfront about cost so that is nice. The ladies at the desk are really helpful and will talk to you about costs for different things if you call.
