DO NOT GO TO THIS MIDAS!!! My husband had his car inspected over the weekend. While driving to work, the left front tire started making a clunking sound. Think of a marble in a dryer sound. It got progressively worse, louder and the car steered as if the front end was out of alignment. He had the car towed to a dealership. Thankfully, there was no apparent damage. The issue was that the lug nuts were not tightened. They also noted the brakes are in need of replacing. This is the second time Midas has made this mistake. My daughter took her newish car for inspection. She said the wheel was making an odd sound and the car wasn’t steering properly. Her drivers side wheel FELL OFF, damaging her front end. They covered a portion of it. Of course she lost thousands on trade in. Midas did say they were sorry. I will actively not recommend this business. The desk and mechanic AJ are always very nice, but they put my family in harms way.

First time back at this particular Midas in several years. My Service Tech was Jeff. Jeff is the best as they come. Been at Midas since 1985. Anyway, I needed an oil change before going on a trip south. My regular guys couldn’t fit me in before my trip so I called Midas of Wind Gap. Next day appointment (today). I had no option other than to wait at the shop. They revamped since I was there last and the chairs were very comfortable. Although I had to wait a little longer than expected, I was extremely pleased by Jeff’s thoroughness going over my truck. 2014 F150 EcoBoost w/ 105,000 miles. Since I have always been a firm believer with preventative maintainance, I was pleased that the Midas did NOT tell me I needed something done that I know I wouldn’t have needed! As always, truthful and trusted. I’ll go back when the need arises. Good job Jeff and Midas of Wind Gap!
