Excellent Pho! The beef combo pho had generous meat portions but the star was the broth! Deep beef flavors that's sweet and extremely flavorful. The Bun Ho Huy, spicy pho is equally great, the spice has a decent kick but not too hot, really good if you like MORE flavors! My first time trying Goi, chicken salad and it was quite special. Lots of chicken shreds and the flavors were sweet and tangy.

Be careful what you order. My husband received a plate of rice with bones on top. It’s supposed to be duck. They skimp on meat here.

Yes I would call and ask about the stock that's used and the seasonings. Certainly vegetarian but not so sure about vegan.
