They advertise notary services, but no notary is ever there to provide the notary services advertised.

Update: -2 stars, because every time I need something notarized, they say "No one's currently available to notarize" and they try to send me to another store. I don't want to go to another store because my mailbox is at this store. Part of the reason I chose a UPS box is the notary service. original: 5 stars Great place to house your mailbox with 24 hour access.

Do not go here thinking you will get notary services that they advertise. Made an appointment online for 1:30pm (with confirmation) and when I arrived, I was told there was no notary available today and making the appointment online doesn't always work. Very poor attitude and customer service.

No you have to bring it there

I have a package that has been sent back because it needs a signature and no one is home during the day. The package has been resent, am I able to have it delivered to the UPS store in Merrillville, IN and pick it up after work?

UPS has jurisdiction on your package you have to request from UPS to get your package back
