Please do not settle for this company. Their customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced. I have been working with them for four months now, regarding the same printing order, and I still have not received it. They do NOT communicate with you. Do not expect a follow up call from them if they have questions for you or updates regarding your order. The order will remain pending unless you consistently reach out to them, and even then, you won't get very far. On top of that, they do not answer their phone, or answer their emails. By the slight chance they do answer their phone, you will be constantly interrupted and fed excuses as to why your order isn't done. They do not care about how they come across or how bad their customer service is. Even when you bring it to their attention, it is completely ignored. You would be better off printing your materials at home with an iron, plastic wrap, and a print of your art.

If i could give this place a zero I would, I dont even know where to start with this mess. So I went in and and placed my order and paid $1500.00 up front, big mistake on my part. Once I left I took them 3 months to get my order, when I arrived to pick it up, they still did not make parts of the order, and told me that curtain things were out of stock, I find this out 3 months later, so at this point we move on and they had put the wrong names on the shirts, another month goes by and we are still missing parts of our order. So about 6 months into this mess and we are still missing shirts. Not to mention the pre shrunk shirts can not even be worn after the first couple washes. The owner said because I didn't hang dry my t shirts. This place is a joke they act like they want to do good business until you pay them.

Great for getting custom t-shirts in bulk, service is amazing! The quality of their work and craftmanship is superb. Definitely recommend them as the go to company for any t-shirt needs!
