I had asked my husband to bring in my designer bags while I was at work. He told me they were denied for being worn down. They were not. I’m not going to go into details because I see that this is a common issue mentioned by others in the reviews. I will try a different store.

I have never attempted to sell clothing here so I can only speak to my experience shopping here. I’ve been a customer for several years now and they have an incredible selection of high quality clothing, bags, shoes etc. in impeccable condition. Over the past few years they’ve shifted to carry more designer clothing and better brands which is amazing. Most of the time I emerge with several amazing finds! It is a clean and organized store. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is that the sales associates are pretty unfriendly. Several years ago I found their staff to be wonderful and kind. Lately I have found them to be very cold and unhelpful. I understand COVID has been tough and they’re likely very short staffed and stressed so I will give them grace, but I wish they created a more welcoming environment for customers.

Came in this store to sell some used clothing. I had previously sold a few items here a few years ago.. A lot has changed since then, the lady working the front desk had a very passive aggressive attitude with me. When I walked in the store it was very empty. Only two customers came in actually. Before I could sit my clothing items down she said your items probably won’t sell here very well. After waiting a while for her to start sorting through the items, I saw that she was barely even looking at my clothing. I definitely felt like I was being discriminated against and I will never step a foot back into this store again. Terrible and nasty customer service.

Hello! Thanks for asking. Aside from the normal mask requirements and social distancing we have available hand sanitizer, sneeze guards, sanitizing of all incoming and tried on items, sanitizing every fitting room between each use (only 2 of 4 rooms being used for distancing) We also check employees temps when arriving for shifts and require all brought in items to be freshly laundered, neatly folded and in a hard sided plastic container so we may sanitize that as well. We are still limiting the number of people allowed to shop in store at a time and we offer paid shipping or free curb side pick up!
Thanks for inquiring! We do buy all seasons all the time, all day, everyday. All items need to be freshly laundered, in great condition and current styles and labels from the last 1-2 years.
