This Ace is NOT the place for helpful staff. Lazy employee refused to load a bag of dirt for my daughter, who has both ankles fused, therefore unsteady balance. When putting the bag in the car, her balance shifted and she injured her shoulder and possibly herniated a disc in her neck...MRI pending. She is a single mom with 2 special needs daughters, and this injury has cost her 7weeks work so far, a hire on bonus, and delayed insurance effective date, as well as thousands of dollars in out of pocket medical. I contacted the franchise owner, Mr. Fix It Lou Manfredini. His employee denied refusing to help her....not even an apology. Shopping local businesses has been our policy, but no more. Home Depot, Menards, Lowes...they'll be getting our business from now on.

A hardware store that have a small town feel. And great service. Also help teens to get into the work for field. The sales reps are very knowledgeable or a lot of home repairs they give you knowledge but answers to repair quick or major job. This location is one of the oldest stores in the company history.
