You can buy acciustic pickups easiest and probably the cheapest option. You can get decent pickups from between $25-$90.

They have taped off the floor to promote social distancing. Particularly around amps so you can test play guitars without anyone getting too close. Guitar Centers in suburban areas don't get very crowded usually. I've never found myself close to many people at GC, even years ago. They have limited physical contact with high risk items like testing headphones (you cannot, they have taped off the demo buttons). I believe they sanitize surfaces. I honestly wasn't paying that much attention. I only noticed the above incidentily.
