Some rascals!!! I went on a trip on 07/10 wanting to hire assistance for more than 2 months, and they wouldn't let me... I paid them for 2 months, and when I pay to renew the assistance again, 85 thousand pesos I paid, no It's $2.50, they tell me that they can't give me the service, because I need to return to Argentina to renew it.

Regrettable! I wanted to buy for a trip, complete all the information and when I put buy, it tells me an error could not process the payment. I entered my bank account and they had deducted the money. I called and they left me on hold for 40 minutes to tell me that the payment was not made and that the money will be returned to my account. And they tell me that I can make the purchase again. The next day I try to do it again and the same. And when you call they tell you that it is an error on the page. Call again and the only thing they tell you is that it is an error on the page, instead of notifying you or putting an alert on the page. Terrible telephone and website service. I do not recommend it. I hope they return my money quickly.

After waiting 43 minutes, when it's your turn to be attended, they end up cutting off the call. They don't even talk to you. They have you from one place to another. You want to make a claim but no one can help you. They send you to the application that does not work tells you "try again later". You leave a message and they never call you back.

Excellent I buy this insurance every time I travel. Have been buying it since 2008. You can't travel without it. You need it more now than ever.
