I was referred to Nest Finders by a friend when I had to move to Europe for my job until this year. Ask for Suzanne. My property was managed by her for 8 years dealing with one of the peskiest HOA's around handling my affairs with them for me because of my location and time difference. She went above and beyond in taking photos and dealing with the community management company directly winning more than one bid against them because of undeveloped property next to mine affecting my yard and they backed off and eventually fixed it. Over the years any maintenance needed she always had someone lined up and let me know what I needed to do if anything. It was smooth sailing and felt like the property was on autopilot. After moving back in I needed help with some household updates I wanted to do and reached out to her and she knew who could do the work at a good price. Should I need to rent again she's the first person I'm calling.
